GDPR – PERSONAL DATA POLICY
On the 25th May 2018 the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) laws came into effect. It provides you with a higher level of control over your personal data and how it is used. It replaces the Data Protection Act.
Your personal data is unique to you and Biocraft Ltd Limited is fully aware that it must protect your confidentiality and store your data securely.
How we use personal data
We currently collect and use your personal data the following ways;
- Interaction with our customers/suppliers – relevant contact details are kept for accounting and work related correspondence and activities
- We will ask you if you wish to be informed of special offers and updates to our services
- We will not provide, sell, market or give your data to any third party. We will only provide your data to the appropriate authorities should a criminal act, or legal issue arises.
You have the right to object to how we process your personal information. You have the right to access, correct, sometimes delete and restrict the personal information on you.
You have the right to complain to us and to the data protection regulator.
