About Us

Brilliant service from start to finish. Knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and efficient.A complex job investigating the source of a damp problem in a downstairs bedroom, resulting in major damp proofing and internal insulation. Kenny and Pat went above and beyond. The house was left spotless. They were joined by Kane for the new floor and plastering. A lovely warm and dry room now. Many thanks

Today I had work done by Liam and Simon, both so friendly and professional. They did an amazing job and my bathroom finally feels like somewhere I can relax. Great care and consideration was taken and they went above and beyond. Thank you both for doing such a lovely job and being so kind! If i could give more than 5* I would!

Another excellent job by Jamie, Joe & Pat. This is the third time we have had to use Biocraft for damp proofing works in our 100+ year old property following damage after car impact. Very professional, informative & tidy workers. Survey & admin team also deserve a mention for keeping us up to date with time scales.

Pat came to rectify some issues with the bathroom, amazing job done, nice guy and made sure i was happy before he left. 100% recommend.

Pat was amazing. Removed all of the mould on our walls and painted over the walls. The house went from disgusting to lovely and clean in a short amount of time. Also, initially, without even having to ask him, he took his shoes off when he came in which is so rare and something I really appreciate especially having 3 kids under 5. You wouldn’t be able to tell there was mould on the walls (pics attached) beforehand.

Nuaire Flatmaster 2000 PIV replacement unit was professionally installed. Very pleased with the works completed and to our satisfaction. Many thanks Jodan for organising works and especially Simon for installation of the unit. Will definitely recommend Biocraft Southeast Ltd.

Very responsive and responsible, fair pricing, very good work and follow up. Very pleased with the service provided to change my MVHR.

Had Pat around again today, to help with the on going mould in our bath room and a couple of other bits. Great from start to finish. Explained everything he was doing, very helpful and friendly.

I have no reservations in recommending biocraft, they were reliable and went above and beyond to make things easy for us and kept us informed at all times. The plasterers James and Jo were great even cleaning my kitchen of plaster dust which had leeched through the protective sheeting. Pat the decorator was equally friendly punctual. The work has been carried out to a high standard and we are delighted with the result.

Jordon attended my rental property to investigate a condensation and ventilation issue in a modern apartment. He was professional, punctual and thorough throughout. Rather than simply recommending replacement parts, he carried out a full inspection of the MEV system, measured airflow rates at each extract point, identified that the system had been incorrectly configured at a very low setting, and then cleaned, adjusted and recommissioned the installation. He provided clear before-and-after measurements, explained the findings in detail, and took the time to demonstrate the system operation to the tenant. His report was comprehensive and included photographs and practical recommendations. Communication was excellent from initial enquiry through to completion. I would happily use Jordon and his company again for ventilation, MEV or MVHR-related work and would recommend them to other landlords and property owners.
