This week’s photo of the week: “Suspected rising damp in Caversham” – it was a leak from the washing machine
A property owner in Caversham, Berkshire contacted us after being told that they had rising dampness in their ground floor walls. Biocraft carried out a survey and quickly determined that the dampness was being caused by a leak from the washing machine. No need for chemical damp proofing or rising damp treatment, just fix the leak, dry the area and redecorate.
