Very happy with the service from Jordon and the team at Biocraft. I arranged the work while overseas and they dealt directly with my tenant to organise access, which made things really easy. I had quite a few questions along the way and Jordon was really knowledgeable and helpful, which I really appreciated. He kept me updated, explained everything clearly and got the system working properly again with a massive improvement in airflow. Professional, straightforward and easy to deal with. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

We had an issue with mould in our bathroom and the painted ceiling had deteriorated badly. PAT who restored the bathroom was very friendly and showed us what he will be doing and went through with what he had done, PAT cleaned up several times during the process. Communication with Biocraft was excellent from the initial survey through to the booking and completion of the work. Their staff member Jason, who carried out the initial damp treatment work and plastering, was professional, tidy and polite, and he was happy to explain the work that he was doing. The follow-up decorating and external damp proof work was carried out by their staff member Patrick Kelly, who did a first class decorating job and again worked in a professional, helpful and tidy manner. The two staff who worked here are clearly well trained, knowledgeable and skilful in all aspects of their work. Thoroughly recommended.

recently had my bathroom done by the guys at BioCraft and it looks amazing!! we were really struggling with mould and lack of ventilation, they came and put aquaboard up which look so good like a hotel! painted it all with a decent mould resistant paint, which was to a high standard and now looks fresh and white. removed the old mouldy grout and re did it with a strong mould resistant one. They also fitted a ventilation fan in the wall to help prevent the mould coming back. This was all completed quickly and professionally. A big shout out to Lee, Kenny and Pat who were super friendly and did such amazing work 🙂 would highly reccomend them 🙂 Leah

I had a young gentleman named James from Biocraft come out to do some work at my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, James was polite, friendly, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, without ever making me feel rushed or brushed off. He was also incredibly accepting of my dog, making a lovely fuss of her, which really put me at ease—it’s always nice when someone is genuinely comfortable around pets. The work was done on time and professionally by two of the tidiest guys doing a messy job of stripping old plaster, damp proofing and plastering. When we extended the scope of the the work they easily accommodated this. We were worried about having work done on the damp 9having read horror stories from other companies) but Biocraft have delivered a great service. I've no hesitation in recommending them and have called them back to do additional work in our loft now. 1st class job!
