A waterproofed basement can add significant useable space to your home and can be used as an office, playroom, bedroom, studio, bathroom or even a home theatre. A waterproofed basement can add up to 50% floor space to your home and will increase the value to your home (usually 130-175% of the basement waterproofing project cost).

The choice of basement waterproofing system depends on the structure of the building, the condition of the basement walls and floor, the surrounding ground conditions and the intended use of the dry basement.
