Basement conversions
Damp cellars and wet basements can be converted to dry useable living spaces using a suitable basement waterproofing system. A waterproofed basement can add significant useable space to your home and can be used as an office, playroom, bedroom, studio, bathroom or even a home theatre. A waterproofed basement can add up to 50% floor space to your home and will increase the value to your home (usually 130-175% of the basement waterproofing project cost).
