The problem of condensation is covered in-depth in the latest issue of a new magazine aimed at professionals in the property world - launched by a leading trade organisation.

The Property Care Association (PCA), the trade body for the building preservation industry, covers the topic in its third issue of the full colour quarterly magazine Property Care.

With a print run of 3,000 copies, Property Care magazine – published by Peterborough-based Gildenburgh - targets property industry specifiers including architects, legal and insurance professionals, local authority officers, property managers, surveyors and estate agents.

The PCA represents the UK’s below ground waterproofing, damp control, timber preservation, structural repair and flood restoration sectors.
