Biocraft continues to be committed to the training and development of its staff. Working with Triton Chemicals, Biocraft provides regular training to all its staff in the areas of damp proofing, timber treatment, structural waterproofing and tanking.

The most recent on-site training session was carried out at Bladon Lodge, part of the Blenhiem Palace Estate, where Biocraft was renovating two basements. This training session focused on the application of cavity drainage membrane. Isola Platon Cavity drainage membrane is a high performance material used to waterproof basements and cellars.

The £35,000 basement renovation project was carried out over four weeks and is to be used as a case study for Isola Platon.

A training team from Triton Chemical spent the day with the 6 Biocraft staff which were working on this project. Leon Charles, a trainee plasterer said "I found the training session very helpful, I learnt a way of applying the membrane which will save a lot of time".
Biocraft achieved the Investors in People award in 2005, which recognises the companies commitment to training and development of its staff.
