Biocraft carried out a specialist damp survey at an office in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire to investigate suspected rising dampness.
We found that the wall was affected by penetrating dampness due to defective guttering and painted over drip groove on the window sill. The wall was very damp but would be expected to dry back once the external defects had been repaired.
